Our December meeting will hear updates from London Councils and LEDNet, as well as give members an opportunity to discuss their Public Sector Decarbonisation Fund bids.  LB Hounslow will be telling us about their National Framework for EPCs and DECs, and we'll also be having an update on LASER's water framework.
